Why this exists
Find out whether a Japanese company is what it claims to be, before you contract or pay.
Japan keeps unusually good public records. Every registered company has a corporate number, a commercial register entry at the Legal Affairs Bureau, and a paper trail that is genuinely informative — if you can read it.
We pull those records, read them in Japanese, and write you a short report in English that says what we found, what it means, and what we could not confirm. No padding, and no verdict we cannot support.

What if you find nothing wrong?
Then we tell you that, and the report shows what was checked and where we looked. A verification that finds no red flags is a result you paid for. We will not manufacture concerns to justify the fee.
Can you confirm a company's financial position?
Partly. Registered capital and corporate history are public. Detailed financials are only published by listed companies, though credit reference data is often available commercially. We state clearly which figures are confirmed and which are estimates.
Do you investigate individuals?
No. We verify companies and their business activity. Investigation of private individuals falls under separate Japanese regulation and we do not take that work.
