Why this exists
We physically go where you cannot, and report back with evidence.
This is the part of Japan work that individual freelancers abroad cannot cover and that large consultancies will not sell on its own. It needs someone physically present, and it needs a company standing behind what they report.
We agree what you want observed before we go, and you receive a photo-backed written report — including the things that turned out to be uninteresting, because knowing that is also worth the trip you did not take.

About this service
Can you go outside Tokyo?
Yes. Travel within the Kantō region is included in the quoted price. Anywhere further — Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Hokkaidō — we add actual transport and accommodation at cost, quoted before you commit.
Can you represent us as our company at a trade show?
We attend on your behalf and say so plainly: we are there for you, and we do not misrepresent who we are. In practice Japanese exhibitors respond well to this, because it signals you are serious enough to send someone.
How much notice do you need?
Store visits, about two weeks. Meetings, about one week. Trade shows, about three weeks — the large ones require pre-registration and the useful appointments are taken early.
